Plus the series reference file (full universe including resolved and terminated series, with mirror pairs flagged) and the data dictionary. Field definitions, gap and staleness semantics, and format conventions are in the dictionary – read it before building on the data. SHA-256 checksums for every file are in manifest.json.
Point-in-Time Guarantees
As-published values are never rewritten. The snapshot pipeline refuses to publish if any historical row differs from a previously published snapshot; corrections, if ever required, appear as labeled changelog entries in the manifest.
Once a series is published here it never disappears: resolved and terminated series ship their final, frozen history in every subsequent snapshot, and the series reference file carries the full universe.
Levels join to the composition in force at every window, and reconstitution files carry the chain-linking values – so basket membership, target weights, and the continuity of the published level are all independently verifiable.
Every window carries its own data-quality flags marking any window priced on carried-forward data. Because as-published values are never rewritten, a known anomaly – one window on 2026-04-28 that computed on degraded order-book data and briefly spiked every series – stays in the archive, flagged rather than removed. The data dictionary documents it, and the stale-window flags let you filter it; anyone reading raw intra-window extremes should do so.
Snapshot Archive
Dated snapshots are permanent – cite the archive URL and any reader finds exactly the files you used. The stable /data/latest/ URLs above always point at the newest snapshot.

Beyond the Snapshots
Snapshots are periodic; the API is for live levels and programmatic access. Early access is limited while we gauge demand and shape the interface.
Request API early accessLive feeds, custom cadences, constituent-level history, systematic or trading use, index-linked products, and calculation-agent services are licensed through Index Services.
Index ServicesDeeper extracts – per-window constituent detail, custom cuts – are available on request to academic researchers, free for non-commercial research use.
Research programIndex construction rules are documented in the published methodology; versioning and corrections policy in benchmark governance. Journalists: reusable charts and boilerplate are on the press page. Index levels are informational benchmarks – theoretical values, not execution prices, and not investment advice.
